Matt Maartensz, as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Norquip Hire is responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership for the Company. Matt ensures resources are available when and as required.
Matt is an entrepreneur who places a lot of emphasis on business growth through continuous improvement. His positive attitude, attention to detail, high standards, and tireless work ethic all contribute toward winning work contracts leading to business growth.
As CEO and GM, Matt has engaged the services of an external business mentor and analyst to ensure personal, professional and business goals are continually reviewed and assessed. Strategic planning, goal setting and improvements are measured, assessed and documented on a regular basis to ensure targets are met. All of the Norquip Hire team are involved; the benefits of feedback, advice, ideas, another point-of-view and networking have proven to be very valuable.
As Administration Manager, Kristie Maartensz is responsible for providing financial advice and manages the accounts administration for the Company.
Lydia Colquhoun, the Office Manager, is responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the office and its systems, operating the hire management program and coordinating deliveries, collections and servicing of hire equipment.
Norquip Hire employs a team of Waste Management Workers whom are responsible for the everyday operations including servicing, delivering and collecting portable amenities. Further duties include the set-up and dismantle of equipment hired for events to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our staff and drivers are familiar with site and corporate inductions as a matter of entry to restricted construction sites and other controlled sites. We are familiar with the rules imposed to ensure high risk work areas are kept as safe as possible and are happy to comply with your instructions.
